AllScan provides tools for scanning QR codes and barcodes, recognizing items, plants, and text, and accessing related informational content. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that scanning or recognition results will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
